Myrciaria dubia, known as Camu-camu, is a native and shrubby species of the Amazon region that owes its main importance to the high content of vitamin C in the fruit (more than 1500 mg/100 g of pulp in general). Instituto Nacional de Innovación Agraria - INIA has a germplasm bank that contains 43 accessions collected in Loreto, with yield evaluations. The objective of this research was to characterize the phenotypic variability of Myrciaria dubia germplasm. The phenotypic characterization was carried out in leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds, 30 qualitative and quantitative characters were observed and measured, using phenotypical descriptors. The analyses were carried out applying a statistical criterion for qualitative or categorical data. As a result of the characterization, it was determined that the germplasm has a level of moderate variability with an IVC qualitative variation index of 74%. Five different phenons or phenetic groups were determined based on their most relevant phenotypic characteristics.
