In this research, it has been proposed to analyze the socio-legal impact of the changes in the family composition, due to the restructuring of the nuclear family 2021, for this purpose a qualitative methodology has been used, which has allowed to determine that the traditional- nuclear family has had great importance for the development of society as we know it; in the economic, reproductive, cultural aspects, as well as to lay the general foundations to regularize the adequate role of the family and its members when interacting within society, As well as, to lay the general foundations to regularize the proper role of the family and its members to interact within society; although the various legal systems of all societies have been responsible for providing in their respective legal systems the care, security and protection for family members, providing incentives for families to meet a cycle of development within society. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the endogenous and exogenous changes that occur as problems within families; and most of the time these changes result in family disintegration; where the main figures who are mom and dad separate leaving aside the home coexistence they had, thus breaking the main bonds they shared such as: The family unit that both spouses formed, consequently after their separation they seek to reestablish the life plan restructuring each one their family by joining another couple which can also come from a dissolved marriage where there are children in between; thus generating a new family different from the traditional one since they have other types of bonds that are not consanguineous. In this way, the new types of families that arise within society as a result of family disintegration are sought to be configured, because it is not clear who is left with the child and if the new parents finally have responsibility or obligations with respect to the children of their spouse.
