The present research work takes as a general objective to determine the delimitation of the fair title in the processes of acquisitive prescription of short domain in front of the usucapiente, in such a way that as specific objectives it has to analyze if the notion of Fair Title established in the second paragraph of article 950 of the Peruvian Civil Code enables uniformity and predictability in its application, in processes of short domain acquisitive prescription and determines the need to specify parameters in the definition of Just Title, to guarantee uniformity and predictability in relation to the rights of the predatory To this end, it has been postulated as a general hypothesis that the lack of delimitation of the Just Title in the Acquisitive prescription processes of domain affects the right of the usucapiente, since it is possible that the same favorable and equitable criteria are not applied in prescription processes. Acquisition of domain short, and this affects the recognition of the right to property that is intended to recognize the usucapiente. To conclude, it is necessary to point out that in order to achieve the objectives set out in this research work, they have been considered as a research methodology, basic type, its approach is qualitative, as data collection techniques are the analysis of documents and interviews. , being the instruments the text analysis files and the interviews with legal operators.
