Objective: To describe and analyze various clinical cases presented during the medical internship at the Buenos Aires de Villa health establishment and the María Auxiliadora Hospital during the period from June 2022 to March 2023. Methodology: Descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study. Main results or findings: Compilation and description of 30 clinical cases, which contributed to the author's learning in the practical part and reinforce various skills obtained during undergraduate. Conclusions: The last year of medicine is one of the most important in the entire career. It is during this period that the theoretical part learned in undergraduate studies is complemented by the practical part. Currently, critical lapses in time, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, interfered with the training of current graduating physicians by making it more complex to achieve this practice and signifying an important change compared to other health professionals. Likewise, virtuality meant a very helpful tool in the face of this situation, but it could not replace or complement the practical part of the medical internship in its entirety. Finally, putting into practice what was learned in previous years together with the personal skills as a future health professional that are acquired by being able to care for a patient, managed to provide adequate care and management of the different diseases that occurred during these 10 months.
