Tourist services play as one of the main pillars when we talk about tourism; the emergence of Covid-19 prevented the normal operation of these worldwide. The present investigation entitled "Diagnostics of tourist services in the context of the health crisis due to the COVID- 19 pandemic" had the purpose of describing, discovering and analyzing the effects and impacts that the health crisis had on restaurants, travel and tourist guides of Cusco in the year 2020. It presents a basic type of research with a non-experimental descriptive design - cross-sectional since the variable was not manipulated, it was only hidden. The technique used for data collection was the survey with a population made up of 1844 companies and/or people and a sample found by 318 companies and/or people. The results of the tourist services variable in the context of the health crisis showed that these were affected both in their supply and in their demand, reaching the conclusion that this event was negative for almost all tourist services because many of they closed. their companies, there was a decrease in working hours, dismissal of employees. The conclusions of the study propose recommendations to improve the performance of the institutions responsible for the sector at the local level.
