The main objective of this Research Work is to Design a Curricular Management Model to strengthen pedagogical capacities in the preparation of Learning Sessions in the teachers of the Advanced cycle of the Public Educational Institution of the city of Huacrachuco-2018; The participants are the students, faculty, director of the Educational Institution and Specialist of the Local Educational Management Unit of Marañón, the research design is from the point of view: Study Design is Participatory Action Research. The instruments that were used is the interview guide, the results that are expected to be obtained are the strengthening of teachers in terms of the pedagogical approaches of Alternative Basic Education and the development of Learning Sessions and the conclusion of this work is teachers well Implemented teachers who do a good teaching job in the development of the session. The activities to be carried out to overcome this problem are: Training on Pedagogical Approaches of Alternative Basic Education and the preparation of Learning Sessions, inter-learning groups, collegiate meetings, reflection and commitment meetings and workshops.
