The objective of this professional proficiency work is to develop communicative competencies in first year Secondary students in the area of Communication in the educational institution of Santiago de Surco. This pedagogical proposal is based on the socio-humanistic cognitive paradigm, from the theoretical bases for application in learning activities. In which; encourage comprehensive learning since it is based on theories such as Ausubel, Piaget, Feuerstein, Stemberg, Vygotsky, Bruner, Martiniano and Diez, integrating and adapting them to the context and social reality of the 21st century, concerned about the cognitive development of the student, having as a priority equity, rather than equality, putting the student in problematic situations so that he draws all his knowledge learned strategically and solves them simultaneously, having first of all respect for his neighbor and can live with norms and values. This proposal breaks all paradigm that precedes it, since it puts the student at the center of education, but without forgetting the great work of the teacher, giving guidelines and strategies for teaching, how to use resources and turn them into pedagogical tools, giving the student the extrinsic motivation it requires, but remembering that for learning you need the availability of the student and the strategies of the teacher.
