The general objective of this research work was to determine which of the parties in the administrative procedure for consumer protection is the most benefited with the introduction of the figure of the Allanamiento on the Consumer Protection and Defense Code. This research was of a basic type, exploratory level and qualitative approach. The conclusions were the following: Of the parts of the administrative procedure for consumer protection, who benefits the most from the figure of the administrative Allanamiento of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code is the provider, because even when the norm establishes that the warning is Only one possibility, administrative practice has made it the general rule and because there is more possibility that it will be exempted from paying costs to the consumer. The effects generated by the administrative Allanamiento on the consumer protection administrative procedures with respect to the consumer are that: in the majority of cases it is not compensated for the expenses incurred in professional fees of its lawyer, there is a medium possibility that the corrective measure requested It is orderly and does not guarantee a thorough procedure. The effects generated by the administrative Allanamiento on the administrative procedures for consumer protection with respect to the supplier are that: in most cases he is sanctioned with a reprimand, he is exonerated from the payment of costs to the consumer, he will not necessarily have to comply with the requested corrective measure by the consumer and does not guarantee a thorough procedure.
