The present study seeks to analyze whether the intrapreneur culture is related to the performance and global innovation of the Initial Private Educational Institutions of the UGEL 03 of Metropolitan Lima by means of a quantitative, non-experimental approach, with transversal design and correlational scope. 56 directors were surveyed based on their experiences in the last two years. The questionnaire aims to show the importance in institutions of intrapreneurial culture, considering its characteristics: autonomy for workers, tolerance to risk and errors, compensation and incentives, teamwork and flexibility in the corporate structure. He also asks about the importance of innovation, measured in relation to innovations in services, processes and management. Finally, it questions the business performance around the model of internal processes, open systems, rational and human relations. This study has six chapters. The first chapter details concepts to start the investigation. The second develops the research plan; the diagnosis of the problem and the hypotheses. The third explains the study instrument, the data collection and analysis procedure. The fourth exposes the application of the study, the design of the research and the sample. The fifth presents the results and their analysis. Finally, the sixth shows the conclusions and recommendations. The data analyzed suggest that there is a relationship between intrapreneurship in innovation and performance, and that to measure the exact quantitative impact, a second investigation would be necessary.
