This professional project develops the Enterprise Architecture (EA) proposal to the target company. The basis of this approach is to generate value to the Information Technology (IT) ideas, aligning them to the strategic objectives with the purpose of maximizing the return of investment (ROI). Nowadays, the ITs are in search of a more strategic position in the company: start being considered as a dynamic actor of value generation instead of a support-based function. The general project objective tries to increase the productivity and customer satisfaction in the process of the user demand management. This will be achieved through the application of various ideas which go from process improvements with an EA approach to the software components implementation in the agile framework. Chapter I develops what is related to the target company: who it is, which is the organization, what are its major necessities and a brief description. Also, it lists a sum of expected benefits with the development of the AE proposal. Chapter II is about the definitions that support the thesis of the project. The theoretical framework describes the references considered to deploy this proposal such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), SCRUM and CYNEFIN. Chapter III explains the EA proposal of the mentioned process, user demand management, using the TOGAF framework and modeling the baseline and destiny architecture in its four domains: business, data, application and technology architecture. Finally, it develops the gaps analysis that explain the destiny architecture and the implementation and migration plan. It also details the agile framework to be used in the deployment of ideas for the software development where the SCRUM is used as a response of the analysis using the CYNEFIN framework. Finally, the Chapter IV develops the proposal integrating the previous three chapters, focusing on the government model used and the benefits that the target company will be granted, which concludes with the integral traceability of the document.
