Abstract: The objective that is sought with this research work, has as its fundamental objective l to detect in a technical way, how the variations in consumption in the use of cellular telephony are out of the ordinary, considering this point as our most important objective. The filtering of this service is observed due to illegal acts of the unscrupulous users, to the detriment of the line owners; it is for this reason that through this research we try to detect filtration techniques to recommend alternative solutions. In the development of this work the researcher reveals how information structures are constructed that present recent and historical data of each of the users, where we make use of information that contains a call, it is observed in the determination of the calls, to say if the LOC, NAT and INT calls, being complex also complex the construction of a function with so many variables of parametric inputs, which are not always known. Since the presence of different fraud detection methods has been determined, all of them have efficient results, always yielding in incomplete quantities to those that the authors know as spikes work with consumption peaks or fixed rules, for which the applied methodology has that be according to the requirements; for the same thing it is necessary to mention that it is a basic research and as argued by Hernández, R. (2010, p. 192), Basic research is characterized by the fact that they are directed especially to distinguish and apply as the general laws of phenomena studied, q aspect that allow us to determine the most significant and discrete theories. The solution we present has been elaborated using the technology of unsupervised neural networks, in particular the SOM networks. Among them is presented: - The graphics where the patterns of the lists created with their respective values are observed. - Tests of Local, National and International calls In the same way, it is concluded in the following: a) The structure that the LOC, NAT, and INT call patterns should have. b) It has been established that the structure records for the LOC service must be of 144 patterns: NAT must be 64 patterns and INT, 64 patterns.
