The final research report entitled "The administrative process and its impact on donor recruitment at the Blood Bank, Tarapoto Headquarters - 2018", set out as general objective, to evaluate the administrative process and its impact on donor recruitment at the Blood Bank - Tarapoto Headquarters - 2018. Applied research, with a descriptive correlational level, non-experimental design, for which a sample of 24 collaborators provided the information to obtain the results according to the objectives established in the research; instruments such as the survey and the questionnaire were used, where it was determined that the first variable administrative process according to the perception of the collaborators is not the most adequate, according to the studied dimensions, such as planning is regular, likewise the organizational management is at a regular level. With respect to the second variable, donor recruitment, with respect to the studied dimensions, loyalty is at a regular level, this is due to the way in which donors are stimulated, which is not the most adequate. Finally, it was concluded that the administrative process significantly influences the recruitment of donors at the Tarapoto Blood Bank, Tarapoto Headquarters - 2018. Likewise, it is significant because the obtained value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, contrasting the hypothesis, so Hi is accepted and Ho is rejected.
