This paper is a descriptive research aimed at determining the positive and negative influences which may have the information technologies and communication in a native community, in this case as a study population taking to the native community of low naranjillo. the study is justified because these technologies if it is true, provide a great deal of knowledge and progress, they also influence people to experience new ways of life and loss of cultural identity that is characteristic only of each native community that exists today in the country. the aim of this study was to identify the key technologies that influence in the community, likewise formulate and design a work plan where information and communication technologies are used favorably in the interests of the community, ie the dissemination of culture and enriching itself through the creation of a web page that is most commonly used by people worldwide, an internet site that does not require more costs for the community but nevertheless it will bring more benefits such as increased tourist activity, just sensitize the community to follow their customs, traditions recover those lost or have ceased to practice by the fact that times have changed. were surveyed and interviewed residents the authority of the native community of low naranjillo, as well as knowledgeable with regard to native communities, anthropology and information technology and communication. the results indicate that since the community is not unaware of these technologies and that have actually lost some of their cultural identity, as there are people who still practice, and the same authority expressed its concern to make the native community of naranjillo under no community is a lot more than found in the alto mayo. these facts support the concern of the researchers to determine the action to be taken regarding the situation began getting attention. the research concludes that you can make the native community of bajo naranjillo a community can be identified 100% with their cultural identity and not be influenced negatively by information and communication technologies, with the alternative management and appropriate use of these.
