This strategic plan is developed for the urban public transport sector in metropolitan Lima wit circular economy. It consists of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, along with bus carriers, custers and combis and taxis. Furthermore articulated transport service known as the Metropolitan, and the subway or light rail is integrated. With this strategic plan change from a traditional economy, which involves the use of inputs to provide a service to a circular economy it is proposed. This concept involves the reuse of waste, which in the case of public transport are taken for the maintenance, repair and scrapping after lifetime. There is proposed that in 2035 the sector has become a reference for Latin America, for the high quality that provides its users and low negative impact on the environment. For that purpose to renew units, acquiring vehicles using clean fuels and have capacity for as many passengers. At the same time it should provide training to all employees in the sector, including employees of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, drivers, collectors and users. This seeks to be a culture of reuse. Complementing the above strategies with the construction of roads and road corridors will be achieved having a decongesting traffic, with a favorable effect on the duration of travel and thus improving the quality of life of all of Lima. They also benefit from the reduction in the emission of gases.
